I was so excited to attend the Stampin’ Up Backstage leadership conference in New Orleans this past weekend. I ate some really great food, got to spend the weekend with fellow demonstrators and Stampin’ Up staff, and learned a ton!
The event started with Sweets & Swaps on Thursday evening. I made some swaps to share with others and got some fun projects in return. I thought I would share my swaps with you today. 😊
My Card Swap
I sort of designed this card by accident. 😊 The dies were sitting out in my studio and I saw them as I was working on a different project and this Santa card just popped into my head. It was pretty simple and since I needed to make a lot, this was important. I love that it’s fun and unexpected. If you have these dies you should definitely think of some ways to use them for the holidays!
My DSP Swaps
Necklace Swap
I wish I had a photo of all the Designer Series Paper necklaces I made. I used a variety of Designer Series Papers so there were many colors. They were all beautiful. The labels told the recipients exactly which paper I used. I love them so much! I had a limited number of necklace pieces, so I came up with my last swap.
Magnet Swap
I took the opportunity to use some of the fun papers that I would not use on a necklace and made these little magnets. Besides being super cute, they are also useful. ❤️
The Designer Series Paper necklaces and the magnets would both be fun little gifts for the holidays. If you would like information on how to create them, leave me a comment and I will help with that!
That last one looks like Pat! Ha ha
