I couldn’t wait to share my favorite items from the new catalog with you. If you attended our Catalog Kick Off Party this week, you saw most of my favorites. For those that were unable to make it, I wanted to share this information with you also. There are so many wonderful new items to share that I will probably have a second post about the stamp sets I want to get specifically for Bible Journaling. But for this post, I will list my favorites overall (in no particular order).
My Favorite Items from the New Catalog…
Better Together
This set is THE set to have for cards of all occasions. It not only includes fun images and sentiments to use on card fronts, but it also has sentiments that can be used for the insides of cards as well. If you are new to rubber stamping this is a great set to start with, but even veteran stampers will find this set useful to have on hand for any occasion.
There are 19 stamps in this all-around fantastic set. Here is how it looks on some cards.
Pineapple Background Stamp
This background stamp has been an interesting but fun challenge to work with. Initially I was trying to use it with typical pineapple colors, and it was pretty. But then I saw some pink pineapples and I was smitten! I love the fun whimsical look of this card and I will be using pineapples on many different types of cards this year!
Fiesta Birthday
Not everyone will get married, or have a baby or graduate high school this year, but every person you know WILL have a birthday this year! That is why fun birthday sets are a MUST HAVE for our craft rooms. Now I will admit that this set might not have the versatility that others have, but it certainly makes up for that in its festivity! (Besides that I LOVE llamas!!!!)
You can see that this set has a coordinating framelit collection and you can purchase them in a bundle and save 10%. The stamp set is photopolymer and includes 21 stamps. The fun little banners, streamers and flowers will be great for all sorts of cards. Here is the Fiesta Birthday set in action.
One more set to share with you today. As an animal lover I HAD to include this in my favorite items from the new catalog!
Foxy Friends
This is also a photopolymer set and includes 29 stamps! It has a coordinating punch which you can bundle and save 10%. There is also a paper stack (A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper Stack) that coordinates with it. I can’t wait to get my hands on this set and the punch! As you can see, it says FOX, but can actually be several different animals.
