Today’s project is using the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 Christmas images. If you have been reading all week, you know this is the third card we’ve shared from this stamp set. It’s a fun and versatile set that will be useful from September through December. And it is certainly NOT just for scrapbooks, though it is perfect for that also.
I am loving the turquoise and red color combo. So much so, that I am using that color combination in my home and not just on my cards! It is so cheerful and bright that I had to use it on this Christmas card.

I told you the other day that borders were super easy with this stamp set, because it is photopolymer and you can line it up without any problems as you stamp it. This card uses the 2nd border image in the set and I did not re-ink my stamp before I stamped it the second time so that it has a faded look. The words are also easy to line up and stamp straight because you can see exactly where you’re placing them as you stamp. The same is true for the tree and the star on top.
I will admit that I was not overly zealous about photopolymer stamp sets when they were first released. However, they have won me over and are now my favorite of the three types of stamps that Stampin’ Up! sells. Maybe you are a die hard fan of the wood stamp sets or the clear mount. I challenge you to give photopolymer a try and let me know what you think!
