This simple Easter cross card is perfect for last minute crafting! No Easter stamps? Not a problem. With this technique you can create a beautiful Easter card with any flower stamp you already have in your stash. If you don’t have an Easter sentiment, you can print one with your computer or even write one by hand. Just have fun with it and see how it turns out. Here is the card I created today.
Simple Easter Cross Card Version 1

To start this card you need to create a very simple mask for the cross. You can use copy paper for this, or cardstock, or masking paper. Here is what my simple cross looked like with the measurements I used.

Place this cross ‘mask’ in the center of a cardstock layer. My layer measures 5-1/4″ X 4″. Hold it by hand or with some temporary adhesive and stamp around it with a flower image. Use a variety of colors or keep it all one color. Don’t be afraid to overlap your flowers. Here’s another version using a different flower image. Still stunning, but I created it a couple of years ago.
Version 2
