What’s the best Dr. Seuss quote to use in a card?  This is the perfect question to ask on Dr. Seuss day!  So many of us have loved Dr. Seuss books from the time we were small children.  The silly nonsense rhymes made us giggle then and we still giggle now when we read them to our children or our grandchildren.

Because they are so recognizable, these are perfect to use as sentiments in your handmade cards.  They can be silly or profound, but are sure to bring a smile and maybe even a happy memory to the recipient.

But what’s the BEST Dr. Seuss quote to use?  I have done a little research on this and have come up with an answer for you.  Of course, this is my opinion and I think you should do some research yourself and figure out which Dr. Seuss quote is best for your card.  Here’s what I came up with…

I love how the copper foil paper looks on this dragonfly.  It is so elegant!  And although all those tiny pieces were glued on individually, it wasn’t hard, just a little time consuming.  I am okay with spending the time when it produces a WOW effect like this one!

I simply printed my quote on a piece of whisper white cardstock and cut it to fit inside my card.  To get the best use of your paper, go ahead and print your sentiment on each quadrant of the cardstock so you can create 4 sentiments at once.
