Do you prefer traditional Valentine cards? Maybe you’d rather have something humorous? Recently I have been creating several different types of Valentine cards, but the other day I just had an urge to create something with as many traditional Valentine details as possible, except the colors…I did not want to use red in my card.
The Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was perfect touch for this card. It is so frilly and feminine looking! The Colored Doilies helped me determine my color combination. I think the Flirty Flamingo doily with Coastal Cabana give this card a nice retro feel.
The stamped images are from the First Frost stamp set that is carried over from the Holiday Catalog. I used the coordinating die to cut the flowers. The sentiment is stamped from the Detailed With Love stamp set. I hope you will find inspiration from this card and try out this traditional Valentine card.
